I authorize K&S Towing & Recovery to request my driving records from any state in which I hold a valid Driver's License. I understand that this information will only be used for Employment Qualifications and insurance purposes. I understand that K&S Towing & Recovery will be requesting The Loomis Company to obtain these records on its behalf.

I acknowledge that in consideration of my granting this authorization, I am being considered for employment and insurance, and in the absence of granting this authorization, I may not be considered for employment or insurance.

I furthermore do hereby, for myself and mine and my personal representatives and heirs, forever discharge and release K&S Towing & Recovery and The Loomis Company, their successors, assigns, affiliates, past, present and future agents, representatives, employees, officers, directors, board members (collectively for the purposes of this Release, "Releasees") of and from any and all manner of action or actions and cause or causes of action whatsoever, in law or in equity, especially, but not limited to, any claims for liability for damages and inquiry from any federal, state or local privacy laws.
